Bookings and acceptance
Published packages include only the deliverables listed for that package. A project is confirmed after availability, location, scope, required payment, and booking details are accepted. Neel Bobade Media may decline work that is unavailable, unsafe, outside the published scope, or unsuitable for selective ConnecticutByNeel publishing.
Pricing, tax, and travel
Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% is added to taxable services.
Paying during checkout confirms the appointment after successful payment. A client may instead choose to pay after production. When that option is submitted successfully, the available appointment is confirmed and reserved without an immediate charge. The balance is invoiced after production and is due before final media delivery. Advance payment may still be required for separately approved travel, rentals, permits, or other project expenses.
Travel within Connecticut is included. Approved hospitality and destination projects outside Connecticut may require travel, admission, permits, or lodging costs. Any additional cost is disclosed before the project is confirmed.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start with no fee. A cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the booking payment and require a new booking. A same-day cancellation, no-show, missing property access, or location that cannot be photographed safely may be treated as a completed booking.
Weather, unsafe conditions, restricted airspace, illness, or another issue outside reasonable control may require a new date. When Neel Bobade Media initiates the change, rescheduling is free. If a suitable replacement date cannot be agreed upon, payment for undelivered services is refunded.
Delivery, revisions, and reshoots
Real estate delivery follows the selected package. Restaurant, hospitality, destination, and commercial media is delivered through a private Dropbox link. One edit revision is included with those non-real-estate projects. A revision changes the agreed edit; it does not create a new concept or add coverage.
One corrective reshoot is included only when a technical production error by Neel Bobade Media prevents delivery of the agreed coverage. A changed brief, unprepared space, missing access, unavailable people or products, weather outside the agreed plan, or client-requested replacement coverage is new production and may require an additional booking.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate project details, lawful access, required location permissions, a safe working environment, and timely approvals. The client is responsible for permission to record people, trademarks, artwork, products, or other materials they provide. Restaurants are responsible for preparation, plating, garnishes, glassware, props, and presentation unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Copyright and usage rights
Neel Bobade Media retains copyright unless a signed agreement expressly transfers it. The included license begins after full payment and is limited to the client, project, deliverables, and uses described here or in the booking agreement.
Real estate media may be used by the booking client and their brokerage to market the specific active listing through the MLS, property website, listing portals, organic social media, email, and print. Use by another agent, homeowner, builder, vendor, publication, or other third party requires written permission or a separate license.
Restaurant, hospitality, destination, and commercial clients may use delivered media on their own website, social channels, email, menus, booking profiles, ordinary business marketing, and paid digital advertising after payment. Resale, syndication, publication, broadcast, out-of-home placement, third-party use, transfer to another business, or use outside the original project requires written approval or an expanded license.
Portfolio use and confidentiality
Neel Bobade Media may display final work in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals, and self-promotion. A confidentiality request must be made and accepted in writing before production.
Music, people, and locations
When licensed music is included, the available license certificate or proof of license is supplied for the delivered track. The delivered reel may be used in paid digital advertising when the supplied license covers that platform and placement. Music may not be removed, reused in another edit, transferred, or used outside the stated license. Talent releases, property releases, trademarks, artwork, and platform rules may also affect usage. The client is responsible for permissions related to materials or people they supply.
Drone services
Drone coverage depends on weather, airspace authorization, property access, people and traffic, site conditions, equipment safety, scheduling, and safe legal operation. Aerial coverage may be changed, delayed, rescheduled, or omitted when it cannot be completed safely or legally.
ConnecticutByNeel features
ConnecticutByNeel publishing is included only in packages that explicitly list a feature and is accepted selectively based on story, audience, location, availability, and editorial fit. Sponsored or paid content is disclosed clearly. No follower action, organic reach, engagement, attendance, reservations, or sales outcome is guaranteed.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, project responsibility is limited by the applicable booking or written agreement. These terms are governed by Connecticut law without excluding rights that cannot legally be waived. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with this page, the project-specific agreement controls.
