What should be ready before arrival?
Use the preparation guide to declutter, open blinds, turn on lights, remove vehicles and pet items, and prepare outdoor spaces.
When will media be delivered?
Most real estate packages list a 24 to 48 hour delivery window. Final timing is confirmed during booking.
Can drone media always be captured?
No. Flight depends on weather, property conditions, airspace authorization, and safe legal operation.
How are files delivered?
Real estate media is organized and delivered through a private client portal when applicable.
Do packages include every service?
No. Only the items explicitly listed in the selected package are included. Add-ons can be requested separately.
