Identify the most important exhibits, spaces, views, activities, or seasonal moments. Share any visitor route, restricted areas, safety rules, or time-sensitive experiences before production.

Confirm access

• Arrange admission, parking, keys, escorts, and filming permission
• Confirm opening hours and the least disruptive production window
• Prepare any people, demonstrations, exhibits, or activities that must appear
• Share rules for tripods, lights, drones, artwork, trademarks, and guest privacy
• Provide weather, trail, terrain, and accessibility information

Prepare for changing conditions

Outdoor light, weather, crowds, seasonal conditions, and airspace can change the final coverage. A backup route or interior option helps production continue safely.

Publishing is included only in packages that list a ConnecticutByNeel feature. New England destination production is available when travel and access costs are approved; publishing still depends on audience fit.
